TLS achieved planning to demolish a 1990s commercial building that rise in uniform, with a seventh storey that is setback, providing a spectacular roof terrace that benefits from exceptional vistas of the London skyline. Once complete the scheme will foster an enjoyable space to work, where employees will feel comfortable and inspired. TLS is also looking to achieve leading sustainable accreditations, such as BREEAM and WELL Gold, that will help deliver healthy, sustainable and versatile spaces that are flexible to accommodate a broad range of businesses.
