Josh has a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading as well as considerable experience in the residential development industry. Before establishing TLS, Josh worked for leading development company Essential Living, which specialises in residential and mixed-use urban projects. In early 2012 he created TLS to deliver highly distinctive buildings and residential homes across London.

Stephen Pycroft is Group Chairman of Mace, a leading international consultancy and construction company. Under his direction, Stephen steered the company to achieve phenomenal growth with turnover increasing from £90m in 2001 to over £1bn whilst evolving the company into an international consultancy and construction group employing over 5,000 people worldwide and with an enviable reputation for quality and delivery. Stephen provides valuable insight into TLS’s processes, drawing on his vast experience in construction, corporate structure, strategy and governance proving invaluable across each project.

Natalie has worked across a wide range of industries including media, fashion and construction before moving into property development at TLS. With over ten years’ experience as a PA and over five years’ experience in office management and team leadership, Natalie manages the day-to-day running of our office and is also responsible for our marketing, corporate image and hospitality.

Matt has over seventeen years of experience working as a Chartered Planning Consultant within London and the wider south-east region. He has a proven track record of delivering a range of complex planning projects specializing in residential and commercial development. Matt joined TLS in 2021 and is responsible for managing TLS’s planning activities, ranging from reviewing land purchase opportunities to ensuring that appropriate planning consents are obtained and that our developments are completed in compliance with them.

Daniel has a background in project coordination and property management, specifically with new build developments. He has gained considerable experience working with some of the UK’s leading developers on projects from the construction phase to day to day property management. He joined TLS in 2018 and is responsible for the management of the retained freehold portfolio.

With a degree in Architecture and a career working with some of the well-known interior designers and property developers (among them YOO studio, Phillippe Starck, Marcel Wanders (Moooi), Harrods furniture, Czech & Speake, Zara Home, and the list goes on...). Our resident master of all things office and marketing, Sandra has 10 years of experience in the creative interior design and marketing sector. Passionate about the very latest trends in creative design and balancing with wellness. Sandra joined TLS in 2019 and overlooks TLS team well-being, Social Media accounts, and runs their office like a busy bee.
